Premier Estates wins The Times and The Sunday Times Gold Award for Best Block Management 2015

For the second year running, Premier Estates have been crowned the winners of The Times and The Sunday Times Best Block Management Gold award. Over 550 of the UK’s leading letting agents from around the UK attended the Lettings Agency of the Year awards 2015 at The Lancaster London Hotel on Friday 12th June. The auspicious ceremony sponsored by the Zoopla Property Group, revealed the winners of the industry’s most prestigious awards.

The prizes were presented by six-time world champion and marathon ace Paula Radcliffe MBE, with renowned journalist, author and newsreader Penny Smith hosting the event as compere. With more entrants than ever before – over 5,000 offices were represented this year – competition would be the toughest yet. In order to retain our title as the UK’s Best Block Managers we would have to convince a panel of 20 industry experts that we still were the best.

The rigorous judging process involved over 150 hours of telephone interviews, and independent mystery shopping exercises were also carried out to conduct a thorough and extensive review of every entrant. The whole process was overseen by The Property Ombudsman, Christopher Hamer, and David Cox, Managing Director designate of ARLA acted as Arbiter.

Ben Jordan, Managing Director of Premier Estates commented that; “To be judged as the best block management company in the country once again feels fantastic. This is the second year in a row in which we have won this award and it really cements our position as being the leading company in what we do. Our business is built entirely around making sure the people who live in the blocks of flats that we manage are entirely happy with the service we provide.”
