  • I'd be only too happy to provide my thoughts on my experience as a resident of Premier's management of Woodberry Park. I have been residing on a tenancy basis for nearly six months now and have found the management team's approach to be superb throughout. Correspondence keeping me informed of maintenance schedules, management and concierge services has been consistently communicative, precise and polite. Ongoing building works and snagging problems---always awkward in a development in which there are already residents---have been well directed to be carried out discreetly and with minimal disruption. Face-to-face service has without exception been effortlessly professional, thorough and elegant. All the staff I have dealt with have been effective and personable without ever being overbearing, and the overall management service acheives this same balance: I feel well-served and informed whilst never feeling cloyed or bothered. This seems to me to be the right way to do it.
    I would recommend Premier's services without hesitation, in fact I have already recommended the Woodberry Park development overall to friends (and not just for the views).

  • I have been meaning to just drop an email to say how much I appreciate the excellent service provided to City Mills, Bradford, by your team. I am very pleased with your conscientiousness and attention to detail, e.g. getting the colour of the front door-paint right; repairing the small indentation in the plaster behind the door; having the stain cleaned up from the entrance carpet, etc. etc. As one of the few owner-occupiers, these issues are perhaps more significant to me than to other residents. I am very happy that Premier Estates staff are so closely concerned with the standards of this building and have an eye for maintenance akin to the eye of an actual owner.
