Service Charge & Ground Rent Management

Service charge calculations have to be accurate so that future increases are kept to a minimum.  Premier Estates' experience in looking after a wide range of properties gives us the practical knowledge to get this balance right.

Each development managed by Premier Estates has its own separate bank account with service charge receipts held in trust for the sole use of managing and maintaining the development.  Annual accounts are produced and circulated to all residents prior to their full discussion at the AGM.

Ground Rent Management

If you are happy for your leases to reserve ground rents then we will be pleased to discuss the possibility of us purchasing the freehold from you following your completion of the sale of the final unit at the development.

Whether or not it is agreed that we will purchase your freehold we are happy to offer developers a ground rent collection service for a nominal fee.
