Premier Estates Celebrate National Award Success

Macclesfield’s Premier Estates has been recognised with three awards in a prestigious National ceremony held at Lords cricket ground. The Property Management Awards independently recognise the excellence and professionalism of companies and individuals within the industry.
Premier Estates, which manages over 16,000 properties across the UK, beat off competition from record numbers of entries and a large range of finalists to gain awards in the categories of: Customer Service; Young Property Manager of the Year, and Property Management Company of the Year.
Premier Estates has an enviable history of award recognition, having already won the Property Management Company of the Year in 2010-11, and being nominated as a finalist every year since the awards began.
Ben Jordan, Managing Director of Premier Estates, said:
“We are very proud that the high levels of service and professionalism we deliver to all our clients has been recognised again. Key to our success is our commitment to customer service, and we are particularly pleased to be so highly recognised in this category. Every member of our team is focussed on delivering the best possible support and advice to our clients across the country.”
“Our goal has always been to become the leading company in the property management industry by offering an unparalleled level of customer service, and we are delighted to be recognised as such for the second year running.”
Premier Estates’ Will Hallworth, the winner of the Young Property Manager of the Year category also commented:
“I really enjoy my job and I am delighted that my hard work has been recognised. Premier Estates’ unique infrastructure allows me to provide a great service to my clients, where I can concentrate on the issues that really matter to them.”
One of Will’s clients said: “Will is the definition of a consummate professional, he is knowledgeable, conscientious, industrious and supportive.” “It is an absolute pleasure to work with him and he thoroughly deserves this award.”

Will is symbolic of Premier Estates’ commitment to customer service and staff training. He is a qualified Member of IRPM and is being fully supported to take further exams with RICS this year.
Ben Jordan is the Vice-Chairman of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA), and has been heavily involved with the drive to raise the standards of customer service and professionalism within the Property Management industry as a whole.
It is no surprise therefore that Premier’ get top honours again. Hopefully this customer focussed attitude is set to spread throughout the industry.
