2012 Engage Liverpool Training Seminar is a resounding success!

Premier Estates’ Managing Director and ARMA’s current Vice Chairman, Ben Jordan, led an innovative training seminar on Saturday 25th February 2012 at Liverpool’s impressive Women's Institute Building off St James Street.
 
Engage Liverpool is an organisation that assists and educates 25,000 residents of Liverpool City Centre and the Waterfront. The first seminar was a huge success and was fully booked well before the day. Engage and Premier Estates were overjoyed to see so many residents and representatives from all over the city attending, including residents from some of Liverpool’s most prominent buildings and would like to thank all who came along for their interest. The three part course is the first of its type in the country and according to research by Engage; no free public training on the subject of leasehold management at this level has ever taken place outside London before.
 
Ben Jordan has been working with Engage for some years now, improving the standards of leasehold management in Liverpool.  Engage uniquely attempts to bring all stakeholders together including freeholders, management companies, leaseholders, the City Council, ARMA, RICS, CIH, LEASE and all other property professionals with an interest in the sector. Ben was delighted to selflessly impart his vast and varied technical knowledge to all parties involved, and commented:

Delegates that attend all three sessions will be presented with a Certificate of Residential Management Accreditation.
