Premier Estates Win Customer Service Award

Macclesfield’s Premier Estates have been recognised as industry leaders again at the spectacular annual property management award ceremony held at The Troxy, London; hosted by celebrity Dominic Holland.

Many of the biggest names in property management attended the sold-out event held on the 6th December 2012, and a huge amount of entries were received, giving the independent judging panel plenty to consider.

Premier Estates were nominated for three award categories and were shortlisted as finalists for all three nominations:

• Customer Service
• Property Management Company of the Year
• Managing Agent of an RMC/RTM Block (Resident Management Companies)

Customer service is at the heart of Premier Estates’ fundamental operation and is a relatively new award category.  The company was therefore delighted to be judged as clear winners in this sector, proving beyond doubt that the services provided are second to none.

Premier Estates has an enviable history of award recognition, having been nominated as a finalist every year since the award ceremonies’ inception and winning more property management awards outright than any other managing agent - including the overall property management company of the year.

This success rounds off a great year for Ben Jordan & Premier Estates.  Ben was appointed as the Chairman of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) earlier in the year, and Premier Estates has recently opened a London office following their selection at a number of landmark schemes.
