Premier Estates To Manage The Largest Collection Of UK Grade I Listed Buildings

For any Managing Agent, taking on new instructions is one of the most satisfying aspects of the profession.  A new instruction from a developer client, an RTM Company or Landlord does not come about every day and often follows many hours of tender preparations, interviews and subsequent meetings.  This can take several weeks and there are many opportunities for the process to fall down if the Managing Agent is not at the top of their game.


Winning new business can be a challenge but at Premier Estates we have the benefit of a proven track record, expertise, stability and confidence.  In consideration of the heritage status of the Albert Dock, Premier Estates has appointed one of its Associate Director’s, David Arthan AssocRICS MIRPM, to be responsible for the development.  David brings a wealth of experience, sound judgement and principled working practices to every aspect of his actions.  Premier Estates Operations Director, Patrick Ward, is delighted with the new instruction and stated:

“Our management team will ensure that these Grade I listed buildings will be maintained to the highest standards and ensure that the development remains in exceptionally good order for years to come.  David’s drive and enthusiasm will also ensure that the residents of Albert Dock are communicated with to an above average standard, where residents will be kept informed of all aspects of maintenance and management to the development.  David shall also focus heavily on the technical requirements of the scheme to ensure that contract procurement and forward maintenance planning is achieved, where value for money will be realised and complete proficiency by those tasked to perform works at the development.”

Premier Estates Managing Director, and ARMA chairman; Ben Jordan has a keen focus on Liverpool and has worked closely with leaseholders in Liverpool for many years.  In particular, Ben and Premier Estates have had a significant involvement with Engage, an organisation that exists to educate and empower the 25,000 leaseholders that reside in Liverpool city centre.  Ben commented:
