Premier Estates recognise staff excellence

Following on from the company’s unprecedented national award success, Premier Estates held an award ceremony on the 19th December 2011 to reward staff excellence, which is key to the firm’s ethos and accomplishment.  Three main awards were presented:

Rachel Notley was awarded the top honours in the Support Staff Member of the Year Award, which recognises an excellent member of staff within the company’s Accountancy, Administration and Credit Control departments.  Rachel is one of Premier Estates Credit Controllers, and has excelled in every area of her role this year, showing a positive attitude and attention to detail; alongside studying in her own time for AAT and IRPM qualifications whilst showing full dedication to her role.

Estates Coordinator, Jane Spoors won the annual Estate Management Team Member of the Year Award.  Jane started with Premier during early 2012 and has demonstrated a high degree of proficiency and commitment to her new role, and a great understanding of the business in a short space of time.  The residential customers that she liaises with are consistently delighted with her personal approach and efficiency, and comments such as the following are commonplace:

“I should just like to say how grateful and thankful I am that it is you, with your most capable and professional attitude, handling our affairs.”

Customer service is very close Premier Estates’ heart and this year Craig Staples was the worthy winner of Premier Estates’ Outstanding Customer Service Award.  Craig has demonstrated an incredible eye for detail in the management of his portfolio and has received countless positive comments from his residential clients this year, with one development’s residents’ recently sending four separate unsolicited letters of commendation in one day.

Well done to all three winners who received an award certificate and an engraved glass trophy, alongside holiday vouchers to help them escape the Great British weather next year.

Two other commendations were also made at the ceremony.  The first to Joanne Jones, who completed her tenth year with the company, and the second to Chris Wiles, for his overall contribution towards the company website.

Customer Service always features very highly on Premier Estates agenda, with the company ethos being one where good customer service is not measurable by numbers, but by completing the task at hand in an exemplary manner and going further than expected, delivering on all promises however small, and ensuring clear and regular communication always occurs.

Premier Estates’ clients commend every department within the firm repeatedly and unsurprisingly the company holds the national property management award for customer service amongst a record number of other industry awards.  Recognising and rewarding exceptional staff members for delighting their clients clearly demonstrates Premier Estates’ commitment to putting people first.
