Our experience enables us to compile an accurate residential property service charge estimate. Service charge calculations are normally presented for approval by residents at the AGM. Thereafter, residents are sent payment requests in accordance with the terms of their lease with a variety of payment methods being available including direct debit.  A swift and robust arrears collection procedure is in place in the interests of good housekeeping and fairness to all.

Annual accounts are drawn up in the prescribed manner at the development’s year end and either independently audited or certified depending upon the terms of the lease. The accounts are then presented to residents for approval at the AGM.  Monthly financial reports can also be provided to RMC directors and all queries of a financial nature from both directors and lessees are promptly responded to.
