Regular Communication

Our Estate Managers visit every development at a minimum frequency of once a month and are delighted to meet with residents and property owners.  Every client receives a monthly bulletin, containing relevant information, specific to their development.  In addition, every client is provided with a direct telephone number to contact their Estate Manager and Coordinator, and we provide 365 day a year 24 hour a day emergency contact for our schemes.  During site visits, we identify any issues pro-actively and deal with them efficiently and effectively, greatly reducing the need for residents to report problems.  Our Estate Managers oversee a relatively small volume of sites so there is always time to conduct our appraisals thoroughly and effectively.
