Service charge calculations have to be accurate so that future increases are kept to a minimum. Premier Estates’ experience in looking after a wide range of properties gives us the practical knowledge to get this balance right.
Each development managed by Premier Estates has its own separate bank account with service charge receipts held in trust for the sole use of managing and maintaining the development. Annual accounts are produced and circulated to all residents prior to their full discussion at the AGM.
