Premier is headed up by Chief Executive Officer Lisa. Lisa succeeded Ben as the Managing Director in 2017 following Ben's appointment as Chairman. Lisa had previously been the company’s finance director for over 10 years.

Lee is Premier’s Chief Financial Officer and has worked at Premier since 2009. Lee leads a highly qualified team who oversee all financial aspects of the company's business including client accounting, treasury and the company's own accounts.

Property Director

The company’s Property Director, Will, has been with Premier since 2008. Will has ultimate oversight of our property team and national portfolio – his knowledge and passion for both property and people ensure that outstanding service and high standards are consistently provided. Will also sits on the board of the Association of Retirement Housing Managers (ARHM).

CIMA-qualified with 17 years’ post-qualification experience, Lisa is Director of Client Accounting at Premier, having joined the business eight years ago. With a broad finance background, she brings strong governance, accurate reporting and a practical, collaborative approach to client and service charge accounting.

Tim is a chartered safety professional with over 26 years of health, safety, fire, quality, and environmental experience. He has provided safety leadership on complex compliance programmes and construction/fire betterment projects. Tim has an excellent knowledge of the practical application of Building Safety and Fire legislation across the residential sector.

Michelle Spencer is the Director of New Business at Premier, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in the estate and block management industry. She focuses on identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting sustainable business growth across the sector.

ACCA-qualified with 20 years’ experience in finance, Dan is Director of Corporate Finance at Premier. He oversees corporate finance, credit control, legal transfers, and business administration. His focus is on strong financial performance, effective processes and maintaining high standards across the business.

Michael brings more than 16 years’ sales and leadership experience across facilities management, utilities, and security. As Premier’s Director of Sales, he leads the organisation’s organic growth strategy, combining commercial insight with a strong focus on people and customer experience.
