Premier Estates is headed up by Chief Executive Officer Lisa. Lisa succeeded Ben as the Managing Director in 2017 following Ben's appointment as Chairman. Lisa had previously been the company’s finance director for over 10 years.

Lee is Premier Estates’ Chief Financial Officer and has worked at Premier Estates since 2009. Lee leads a highly qualified team who oversee all financial aspects of the company's business including client accounting, treasury and the company's own accounts.

Property Director

The company’s Property Director, Will, has been with Premier Estates since 2008. Will has ultimate oversight of our property team and national portfolio – his knowledge and passion for both property and people ensure that outstanding service and high standards are consistently provided. Will also sits on the board of the Association of Retirement Housing Managers (ARHM).

CIMA-qualified with 17 years’ post-qualification experience, Lisa is Director of Client Accounting at Premier Estates, having joined the business eight years ago. With a broad finance background—including roles across credit control, purchase ledger and financial control within a Big 4 environment—she brings strong governance, accurate reporting and a practical, collaborative approach to client and service charge accounting. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband and three sons.

Tim is a chartered safety professional with over 26 years of health, safety, fire, quality, and environmental experience. He has provided safety leadership on complex compliance programmes and construction/fire betterment projects. Tim has an excellent knowledge of the practical application of Building Safety and Fire legislation across the residential sector.

Tim has provided compliance support to clients across a broad spectrum of sectors and applies this continuous improvement across delivery teams. He is passionate in maintaining resident safety and providing a best-in-class service to clients.

We manage a diverse portfolio including freehold and leasehold, heritage buildings, new build housing estates, high-rise buildings, and low-rise apartments. As a result, we are proud to be the property managing agent of choice for over 36,000 homes across the UK.

Our highly skilled team of estate managers and their teams work tirelessly to improve the lives of the residents and their communities.

The value and positive impact of the work our staff deliver for clients and residents cannot be understated. Our teams ensure residents and their homes are cared for in a way which is unsurpassed in the  sector. From repairs and general maintenance to the facilities and grounds, and to sites, stairwells, lifts, walkways and other areas, we ensure they are maintained to meet national safety standards.
