Here at Premier Estates, we offer an online Resident Portal for property owners. This is a free service which we have to make your lives easier! Our online portal allows you to view documentation, make payments and view your balance.

 

The noticeboard is used to relay any information to residents of the Development or Property that we manage. This is updated by your Estates Management team.

 

It allows you to view the current balance on your account and your transaction history. This shows all charges and payments for the defined period. In addition, you can make secure payments on the portal.

The portal also houses a selection of documents such as the service charge estimate for your development. It also includes the last set of service charge accounts. As well as a copy of the Buildings Insurance certificate for your development. Plus any other documents that your Accounts and Estates Management teams would like to share with you. 

 

The portal also holds the names, email addresses, and telephone numbers of the team managing your development.
