They complete a detailed site visit report and documented health and safety and fire regulation check. In addition, homeowners receive a monthly update containing relevant points ensuring residents are well informed at all times.
All necessary work will be specified, ordered, and carried out by approved contractors and inspected during site visits. A contractor on Premier Estates approved list has to demonstrate that they carry an appropriate level of public liability insurance, has a suitable health and safety policy and constantly has their work checked for quality and price.
