Premier Estates are members of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) which is the primary trade association for UK managing agents. We adhere to their strict guidelines and as such subscribe to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) residential management code.
In addition, we are full members of the Association of Retirement Housing Managers (ARHM) and act in accordance with their specialist guidelines for the management of homes across the retirement sector.
We are also members of The Property Ombudsman, ensuring that all of our customers have free access to an independent redress scheme.
Premier Estates’ Managing Director was the Chairman of ARMA from 2012-2014 and was heavily involved with driving standards upwards within the industry as a whole; this involvement has led to Premier Estates setting standards well in excess of our competitors and becoming a benchmark company within the industry.
Qualified Staff
Premier Estates is pleased to have one of the most knowledgeable, experienced, and qualified teams in the UK. Almost all of Premier Estates’ Estate Managers are qualified members of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) and the majority hold the AssocRICS property management qualification. Members of Premier Estates’ include a RICS chartered surveyor; an Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) chartered accountant, Association of Accounting Technician qualified Accountants, a member of the British Institute of Facilities Management, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing, to name but a few. All members of staff are DBS checked so we can ensure complete piece of mind, particularly for more vulnerable residents. Our knowledge in every area of our business is unsurpassed, ensuring that we have the skills to deal with any situation professionally and effectively.

Customer Charter
Our passion is to provide an exceptional customer service experience to each and every customer, exceeding normal expectations. We have implemented a customer charter, that all Premier Estates’ staff adhere to strictly, which revolves around one basic principle – if we promise to do something, we will do it. From tasks as simple as returning a phone call at an agreed time to delivering a major works project on schedule, we will give you a realistic expectation and deliver as promised. As well as the superb delivery of services, our clients will always receive a friendly, professional, knowledgeable and prompt response from our representatives, whether meeting in person, telephoning us, or contacting us through email.
Regular Communication
Our Estate Managers visit every development at a minimum frequency of once a month and are delighted to meet with residents and property owners. Every client receives a monthly bulletin, containing relevant information, specific to their development. In addition, every client is provided with a direct telephone number to contact their Estate Manager and Coordinator, and we provide 365 day a year 24 hour a day emergency contact for our schemes. During site visits, we identify any issues pro-actively and deal with them efficiently and effectively, greatly reducing the need for residents to report problems. Our Estate Managers oversee a relatively small volume of sites so there is always time to conduct our appraisals thoroughly and effectively.

Conflict Of Interest
Premier Estates operates with an ‘approved local contractor list’ and does not believe it to be in our customers best interests to provide contractors ‘in house’. It is one of our fundamental roles to arrange the highest quality services at an economical cost, and therefore we source reliable experts in a given field and ensure you get the best value for money with any works required. We have a wide base of accomplished contractors who have passed our approved criteria and we will happily arrange for the competitive tender of any works. Equally if you have a preferred contractor who already provides a great service, we will be very happy to continue their contract.
