Property management Contractors
We are always on the lookout for new, expert, and reputable contractors to join our network. We prioritise supporting local economies by collaborating with contractors who are local to the developments we manage. This proximity allows them to quickly respond to any urgent needs and develop a deep understanding of the properties they service.
To ensure the highest standards of safety and quality for our residents, we require all potential contractors to complete our rigorous accreditation process. This process verifies that contractors possess the necessary qualifications, skills, and expertise to meet our stringent requirements.


Property Management Our Approved Contractor List ensures the best quality services are provided to our residents.
To obtain an ‘Approved Status’ we require:
- A copy of your Health & Safety policy
- A copy of your Public Liability Insurance policy
- Your VAT Registration number (if applicable)
- Trade references from other customers
- Details of your membership of any trade associations or professional bodies
- A copy of your statement about your staff training and development policy


Where necessary, we are happy to assist you in meeting our requirements. As it is in our own interests to have a wide base of contractors to call upon when necessary.

Roses’ story
I joined Premier Estates as an Estates Coordinator at the end of 2013.
We looked after the Yorkshire portfolio and over the years I have had involvement with some of the same Leaseholders, Residents and Contractors as an Estates Manager, Senior Estates Manager and now Regional Estates Director.
It is that journey of development and support in achieving how we grow, that I know sets Premier Estates apart from the rest. We are always learning and developing, with none of us always having the answer to every question immediately, but it’s that problem solving nature that was part of what attracted me to the industry, as well as the people interaction side.
My aim has always been to be able to make a positive difference, and that has not changed across the various roles that I have encountered. Whether that was to a building, a relationship, a Leaseholders education or improving a process.
The importance of what we do should never be lost on anyone, and I think ownership and pride in how you do what you do is key to cumulative success.


Richards’ story
I joined Premier Estates 3 years ago. It has been a very busy 3 years but I can honestly say that I made the right decision in joining the team!
There have been many changes since I started here and we have built a strong and professional team. I am extremely proud to be in charge of the group, who have firmly become a force to be reckoned with.
Property Management is actually my second career. I joined the Royal Artillery when I was 16 years old. 23 years later I left the Army as a Warrant Officer Class 2 (Sergeant Major) and undertook 9 Operational Tours in Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Kosovo and Afghanistan.
It is safe to say the property management sector can have greater challenges!
