Patrick is a recognised residential and mixed use property management expert with over twenty years of property experience including building strategic relationships and strengthening operational business performance and growth.
Patrick is responsible for all of Premier Estates’ operations in London and he oversees the Risk Management and Compliance Team.
He joined us in 2008, and during his tenure has ensured that our property management services are dispensed with full consideration, empathy, and exacting accuracy.
Patrick is a board member of The Property Institute (TPI) and serves as a Board Trustee for Building Safety Alliance, a UK-registered charity dedicated to enhancing building safety competence at both individual and corporate levels.
