Most of you in Premier Estates will know Roberta Jackson, our HR Manager, but you might not know that 10 years ago, she started in the Business Development team.

Roberta started with us in January 2015 as the Business Development Assistant. She stayed in that role for two and a half years until she decided to follow her passion and move to HR, which was an area she’d been interested in since covering it as part of her degree.

In 2017, Roberta joined the HR team as HR Administrator. She was promoted to the role of HR Officer, focusing on training and development, in October 2020.

In September 2023, Roberta stepped up to the role of HR Manager, which she has been doing a great job with over the last 18 months.

Thank you for all your hard work over the last 10 years, Roberta – it has been a pleasure.
