MANAGING YOUR service charge ACCOUNT

The easiest way to manage your service charge account is via the Residents Portal.

Through the Residents Portal you'll be able to:

  • View your account history
  • Make service charge payments
  • Amend your contact details and select your preferred contact method
  • Access your development noticeboard with information from your Estate management Team and their contact details
  • Download documentation such as insurance certificates or property information

For any accounts-related enquiries, please contact our Accounts Team on 0345 491 8898. If the line is busy, please leave a message and we’ll return your call as soon as possible.

  1. The simplest way to pay your service charge is by setting up a Direct Debit. Our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
  2. You can also make a card payment by contacting our team.
  3. Alternatively, you can make a secure online payment via our Residents Portal.
  4. Please refer to your invoice or statement for full details of available payment methods.

If you’re a supplier with a payment or account query, please contact our Purchase Ledger Team through our main reception on 0345 491 8899. Our reception team will connect you with the appropriate team member.
