What can I store on my balcony?

The lease for your property will determine what can be stored on your balcony. In general, NO items should be stored on balconies, in particular BBQs must never be placed or stored on balconies.
Storage of items on balconies, or setting fires such as barbeques, can cause health and safety risks for the whole development.
In the worst case scenario, a fire caused by a barbeque could see the building’s insurance cover invalidated by the underwriter. This would mean the cost of repair would be down to the residents.
