Am I allowed to have a pet in my property?

Whether or not you are allowed to keep a pet depends on the terms of your lease. Some leases include restrictions, such as requiring written consent. While others may prohibit pets altogether.

If you are considering getting a pet, please contact your Estates Coordinator before making any decisions. They will be able to review your lease and confirm whether pets are permitted at your development.

Where consent is required and permitted, your Estates Coordinator will provide the appropriate pet consent form for completion. Please note that even where pets are allowed, they must not cause nuisance, disturbance, or damage to the property or communal areas. Responsible pet ownership is expected at all times.
