Can I smoke in the building?

Smoking in the building is strictly prohibited in all internal communal areas of the development. Including entrance halls, stairwells, corridors, and lift areas. This is in accordance with the Health Act 2006 and is considered a criminal offence.

Cigarette butts must always be disposed of responsibly. We may take action if you throw them out of windows or discard them in communal spaces, both inside and outside. We kindly ask all residents and guests to respect the shared environment and help keep it clean and safe for everyone.
