July 7, 2025
Why our accreditations matter
At Premier Estates, we place a strong emphasis on our industry accreditations, recognising their vital role in delivering exceptional property management services. This is a clear indicator of our ongoing commitment to:
- Delivering high standards
- Compliant site management
- Customer satisfaction
It also reflects our dedication to meeting industry standards in health and safety, regulatory compliance, and service excellence. Helping to reassure you that we operate with integrity and a strong focus on delivering professionalism across every development we manage.
Why are accreditations essential in property management
In the property management industry, professional accreditations play a crucial role in raising standards, ensuring accountability, and promoting best practices. While health and safety compliance is a top priority, effective property management also requires expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and customer communication.
Currently, the private property management sector in England operates without overarching statutory regulation. However, managing agents must adhere to consumer protection laws and rules relating to fee transparency while maintaining redress scheme memberships.
In light of recent industry developments, the push for mandatory regulation is starting to gain momentum, which we fully support. But in the meantime, we believe that voluntary accreditation through recognised professional bodies is key to delivering the right property management services for you.

Industry leadership with The Property Institute (TPI)
The Property Institute was formed when industry leaders, the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and the Institute of Residential Property Managers (IRPM) merged. As a TPI-accredited managing agent, we are recognised for upholding high standards in residential property management. This accreditation reflects our proven competency in key areas that matter most to our clients, including health and safety, transparency, and the secure handling of client funds.
Shaping the future of building safety
Alongside our accreditation, we also benefit from direct involvement in shaping industry standards through senior leadership roles within the sector. Our Operations Director, Patrick Ward, sits on the board of TPI and serves as a Board Trustee of the Building Safety Alliance, a UK-registered charity dedicated to improving building safety competence. His active participation within these organisations ensures we stay aligned with evolving regulations, best practices, and the highest levels of professional accountability. Find out more about TPI
