Why have I been charged service charges?
Service Charges cover the cost of maintaining and managing the communal areas of your development, this can include everything from grounds maintenance and cleaning to insurance and essential repairs.
Whether you are a leaseholder or freeholder, your legal documents (Lease or TP1) will set out your obligation to contribute to these shared costs.
