Why have I been charged an admin or late payment fee?

Under the terms of your Lease, you are required to pay your Service Charge for a specific period by a set due date.

 

What triggers a late payment fee?

To support flexibility, a 21-day grace period is provided after the due date. If payment has not been received by the end of this grace period, a late payment fee will be applied to your account. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with managing overdue payments and ensuring service continuity across the development.
